Our shop owner has performed on prestigious stages such as Carnegie Hall and Merkin Hall at Lincoln Center, and has been active as a professional vocalist based in New York. Having studied under legendary singers like Theodore Uppman, and authorities on song interpretation such as Raymond Beegle and Robert Loewen, they have learned the discerning eye and exceptional expressive techniques that touch the essence of art. At Skybleu Music Box, this accumulated skill and knowledge are woven into the supervision and advice for music box arrangements.

We have expanded our expertise not only in reproducing melodies that capture the depth of breath, but also in "ideal transposition" that turns mechanical constraints into beauty, "tonal pruning" that refines harmonic resonance, and the "knowledge of music box mechanisms" necessary to elevate physical vibrations into an artistic experience. We strive every day to deliver a one-of-a-kind melody that accompanies the memories of your life, through a refined artistry only possible by someone who knows the world of first-class performance inside and out.

The foundation of this musical background lies in studies in both composition theory and performance practice, including graduation from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam (majoring in Musicology and Composition) and completion of a Master's degree in Vocal Performance at the Manhattan School of Music.
